The versatile PARALLEL LANDMINE HANDLE is compatible with any standard olympic barbell and our landmine system. This add-on is available in two diameter options: Standard grip (33 mm) or Fat grip (48 mm). Designed as a compact add-on, it securely slides over the end of any standard Olympic barbell and is compatible with our LANDMINE structures. The handle can be used for various excercises, including landmine rows, pulls, presses, rotational drills, etc.
